How fast can you buy my house?
On average, we can usually buy a house within 15 working days or less. If there are no liens on the property and there is clear title, the process is quick and hassle-free.


Can I still sell my house even though it needs a lot of repairs?

Can I sell my inherited house if the owner died without a will?
Yes. The title company will prepare all the neccessary documents for you and any living children of the owner(s) to sign. As long as every family member agrees to sell, there should not be any problems.


Are there any costs involved with selling my house?
In any transaction regarding real estate, there are always costs involved, usually a few hundred dollars. However, we pay for most closing costs! Also, if you do owe money (such as taxes), you don't need to bring any money to closing because the title company can simply deduct any money owed from the cash you will receive.
